Payment Agreement and No Chargeback Policy
By making this payment, you confirm and agree that:
- You are the cardholder or are authorized to use this card, and you authorize Big Texas Roofing & Solar to charge the amount shown.
- This payment is for work you requested and agreed to in your signed contract, estimate or invoice.
- Once work has started or been completed, this payment is earned and the services are considered delivered. It is not refundable, except as required by law or by the cancellation terms in your signed contract.
- Your project is covered by the Big Texas Roofing & Solar workmanship warranty. Any concern about the work is resolved through that warranty, not through a card dispute or chargeback.
- You agree to contact us first at 1 888 660 0062 or bigtexasroof@gmail.com and give us a fair chance to resolve any issue before contacting your card company, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
- If a dispute or chargeback is filed, we will provide your card company with this signed agreement, your contract, photos and proof of completed work.
- The client is responsible for any credit card processing fees.
